Does your toddler look at the booster seat like it's his arch enemy and only want to sit on an adult chair? KABOOST is the best booster seat alternative and lets your child sit and reach the table just like everyone else.
This is an amazing product!!! So Helpful!
works great, really did what I expected, using it for an adult to raise chair for office work at home...thank you for your item...
I purchased this product for my 2 year-old daughter. She needed to get out of her high chair and was obsessed with sitting in regular chairs. She didn't want to have anything to do with a booster, but she is nowhere near tall enough for regular chairs. I didn't even know a product like this existed until I saw it online. It has truly been a perfect transition for us, however I can see how this may not be the right product for every child. Pros: - Gives the child autonomy to get up and down from chair as they please (this may be a con for some parents/children). There was a learning curve for my daughter to realize that she needs to have permission before leaving the table and not to "come and go" as she pleases. But, I also view this as a learning tool- in the real world she will need this skill and it's better to learn it now, at home, than later at school. She is now actually much better to take to restaurants because she is much better about sitting at the table longer. -This product fits on all different types of chairs. It has worked on every chair in my house so far. - There are two different height options so it can grow with the child. - There are non-skid pads on the bottom of the product that prevent the chair from moving and sliding unexpectedly. This may also be looked at as a con, because instead of the chair sliding back when my daughter pushes against the table, it will tip over. We have not had any problems with this and just set clear expectations for table behavior from the start. For the first few weeks, I was within arms reach when my daughter was sitting in the chair. Now that we've had it for months, I'm not worried. It is also very difficult for a child to move the chair around by themselves (which is a pro for me!) Cons: - I don't feel that this is great for travel (although, neither is a traditional booster). It is rather heavy & bulky and wouldn't fit into a purse, unless you had a rather large one. Installation of the product is rather easy, but not so easy that I would want to be crawling on a restaurant floor installing this thing. I'd rather just use the restaurants provided boosters. - This does not secure your child to the chair. If you have a spunky child who cannot sit still or is wobbly, then this may not be for them (yet). As I previously said, for us this was not an issue because I wanted my daughter to get used to sitting in a normal chair and we set clear expectations of her from the beginning. Every day is not perfect, and she still leaves the table unexpectedly at times, but she is doing great. Overall, I have really liked this product for my daughter. It has taught her how to sit at the table like a "big kid" and she really likes feeling "grown up". It may not be perfect for everyone, but it works great for us!
if your child doesn't need buckling into a chair, but still needs a boost... this is the best ever!! Goes on the bottom of your chair and is easily removed for company (So much better than having to do several buckles and rebuckles, and then you don't have to scramble in front of your company to clean up all the crumbs and grossness under that chair!! and if you have padded tops, well, no dents from a seat and such!!) Wish I would have had one of these (or three of these) over the last few years when the bulk of my kids was younger. It has two lift heights so it is more flexible than you would think. I do have a love hate with the non skid feet... your chair isn't going anywhere!! lol so you have to pick it up a bit to move it in and out, but this is great for safety of kids getting in and out. My sister in love had one of these and I'm so glad i picked one up too!
Great product! Puts child right where they need to be. Easy to put on! I’ve had this product for about a month now and My daughter loves it! I had concerns about it being the wrong size for our daughter who’s 41inches tall. It fits perfectly and she still has room to grow into it. Thank you
I ordered a second one! It is amazing. Truly, genius idea! GREAT quality; SO easy to use; minimal packaging; no fuss! This is such a brilliant gadget. It is now in two households, and we all think it is too good to be true, because it is so simple to use. Kudos to the inventor!
This is the best tool for helping children sit up to the table. We own two. They work perfectly! Makes your kiddo feel like a big kid.
This solved a big wiggling problem in our house and it’s the only solution that makes our kid sit still and do his work comfortably. Great value and also super easy to use.
Better than any traditional booster. Love that you don’t even see it, keeps my table looking nice. Perfect!
We love it! It’s much better than high chair, but just make sure that the chair is not too high and the child can fall off chair.
Wonderful product, my kids love it.
I love that I do not need a booster chair. It is a little difficult to slide up to the table after my son sits down, but it is otherwise perfect.
I bought a chair for my 93 year old father that was having trouble getting up from a seated position but he seat was to low but with kaboost he now has a easier time getting up.
Works just as described in our kitchen barstool. We can say goodbye to the baby booster seat. Thank you!!
My 4.5 year old twins are tired of being treated like "little kids" and love that we can use this instead of their booster seats. The set up took 30 seconds but the satisfaction lasts for weeks, if not years. Highly recommend!
This is amazing for our 3 year old who wanted nothing to do with a booster
This is perfect for us! Using a booster seat may get them to the right height, but the extra cleanup and concern about slippage, plus having to put them in and out of it - we wanted a better solution. Kaboost Booster is better than we hoped for! The two different height options, super easy installation, and really nice rubber feet - plus it perfectly matched the color of my chairs. The support for our little ones sense of independence is awesome. I will buy this again as a gift for others. Absolutely wonderful product!
What a wonderful idea, boosting your child raising your own type of chair. This product is clever and good to have, eliminating the need to purchase a booster seat. Your child will love sitting up. The only drawback is that it is a little clunky so you need to be aware of it when you walk around it as you may bump your feet and toes on it.
The booster appears to be marketed for kids but has a weight limit of 300 lbs. After a surgery I had trouble sitting on the regular height chairs. I tried using bed raisers, but they were sliding on the hardwood floor. Also it was a hassle to move it around. After I switched to Kaboost, the chair stopped sliding. Because Kaboost securely attaches to chair legs, it is easy to move chair around. I showed it to my physical therapist and she liked it a lot too.
It's been a little under a week since we ditched the highchair and moved our 14 month old up to an adult chair. No uncomfortable seat jutting up between her legs, no plastic tray, and no scratchy nylon straps have made a world of difference in her eating habits. She picks up pieces so deliberately and carefully, if she manages to lose a piece of food she picks it up and sits it back on her plate. There's no more painting with her food. She is also much happier sitting at the table while the adults eat and talk. She still signs "all done" but in the past two days she has also started pushing her plate away to communicate that she is done eating. We bought the "Kaboost" chair booster, which basically just extends the legs of whatever chair you wish to use. While it's still extremely early on, so far we are all impressed and happy with the purchase. It's been a miracle and wayyyy cheaper than some of the Montessori aligned chairs available on the market.
This is a great product! Easy instructions on how to use it, the two levels allow you to use it for years as your child grows. Fast shipping. A+ all around!
My son really likes the fact that he is sitting at the table like the rest of the family. It is very sturdy and safe.
My younger kids feel like big kids at the table. Lifesaver!
I love this! It fits perfectly and now my great niece gets to feel like a big girl, eating with her parents. So much easier than a booster seat. WHY didn't they have this when my kids were little. Such a cool product
Great product. We bought one a few years ago for our oldest and were so happy with it we purchased a second when our youngest was old enough to use one. It has two heights, holds up well for everyday use, and folds small enough to be able to travel with it on vacation.
Works great for the gandkids
This is a genius invention! My daughter loves being able to sit in a "big person" chair now
So perfect!! Can’t believe something like this is made, my toddler can reach the island now :)
I wish we bought this sooner! Our 1.5 year old hates his high chair and insists on sitting at the table with a real chair. We tried boosting him on stuff but he never lasted. Once we got this product it made dinner time seamless! He can even use the base to climb up into the chair! I can’t say enough good stuff about it!
It’s great! My table is a little low so my kiddo can’t sit as close to the table as I’d like or her knees would be squished. It’s on the lowest setting so might want to measure your chairs and table first to make sure it will fit.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this. Came packaged well. Came NEXT DAY! Came on Tuesday, rather than Thursday. The brown matches our dining set very well. Love that there are 2 different height settings. The rubber on the feet is intense.... no slipping for sure. Maybe almost hard to scoot the chair though. Can’t wait to get rid of the crumb collecting booster seat!!
Perfect for my extra tall 3yo that has outgrown the booster seat.
This product is great. My son just turned 4 and I felt like he didn't need a high chair anymore, plus the one we had was bulky and taking up a chair space at the table. This product allows my 4 yr old to sit at the table like a big boy, just like everyone else. It fit perfectly with my chairs. I would highly recommend this.
This is so helpful now that we are having to do school at home. It allows my child to be able to easily reach and use the computer at our dining table. We ended up getting another one for our second child and it has helped her eat much more easily. They are bulky, but that’s not a big issue for us.
This is such a novel idea -- rather than the typical booster seat which left my 19 month old grandson way too low, so that his plate was at chest level. Now he sits much higher and has total control over fork, spoon and cup. I like that when he's taller, we can flip the Kabooster to suit him. Works well with my chairs which have rounded legs. Great concept. I would recommend.
Works well, even with our heavy wooden dining chairs.
Your kids or grandkids will love this, as long as you place the chair correctly under the table. At first my granddaughter didn't like it and I couldn't figure out why, since she always wants to sit in the "big chairs" rather than high chair or booster. Then I realized her poor little legs couldn't bend at the knees (down the front of the chair) because I'd pushed the seat in too far under the table. I was trying to have her back against the backrest and then scoot her up close to the table to avoid food falling into her lap. She wasn't able to explain why it was uncomfortable. They key was to let her sit with her legs comfortably bent and then see where the chair should be placed. Once it was in the right spot, it was perfect, so sturdy and doesn't budge at all. It has rubberized pads so it never moves at all when she's climbing on or off by herself. It's so easy to put on and totally stays in place even when you lift the chair. I was worried my dining chairs might be a problem because the front and back legs are not the same shape and not even at the same angle. But it didn't matter one bit, still had a nice snug fit. So please with this purchase!
Functional and Creative Booster Seat
We Love Kaboost! It was the perfect solution for our oldest and when our second one had outgrown her booster but was still too short to reach a regular chair we knew just what to get. This seat allows the child to feel like they are in a regular chair while still boosting them up.
as a first time grandmother i didnt want to spend on bulky items but practical ones and im sure glad someone came up with this item, our grandbaby is going to love sitting on her very own chair at the table!
This was the perfect solution for my daughter. Her chair fits perfectly still under our table and helped free up space getting rid of the high chair. Definitely worth the money! It was super easy to install and took only a minute or so.
I’d like to say that this product is not just for the young. My 88 year old father has difficulty getting up from low chairs. I placed the Kaboost on his kitchen chair and he could not be happier!
Very nice, easy to use and great quality.
Very sturdy, no slipping or sliding! Great product Haven’t used this while traveling, so no rating possible there.
Turns a regular dining chair into high chair height. Perfect for an older toddler or preschooler. We use this every single day at our table for a 4 year old. It did take quite a bit of muscle to open the product up wide enough to accommodate the chair legs. Can be frustrating, as it quickly snaps shut if you release the tension in the slightest during set up. Once set up, there is no need to do anything else! No tools involved! I leave this attached at all times, but it can be removed easily, and I compact enough to be easy to travel with.
My grandson was not feeling his booster chair for the table anymore. He wanted to be a big boy. We already have one for my granddaughter and they were always fighting over who gets to sit in the "big chair". Now he has one and the world is right with him again.
Exactly what I need for our little one.
Very easy and effective. I especially like the grips on the bottom to prevent the chair from sliding.
I don't usually leave reviews but this product deserves 2 thumbs up!! My 3 year old grandson is really too big for the high chair and we like to eat as a family around the dining table. I have a booster seat but really wanted to find a chair that would be the right height for my table. The Kaboost was perfect because I can use it on ANY of my dining chairs. No need to buy a separate chair. We decided to make him head of the table! I can move the chair easily from room to room and the Kaboost stays attached. It's easy to remove and put on a different chair and I plan to take it on trips that we make with our grandson as well. Genius invention!
Amazing product. Easy to use and very safe alternative to the traditional booster.
I like the design of this booster. It is a bit on the heavier than expected, so I will probably not bring it out to the restaurant as I previously imagined. Overall, good product.
The Kaboost allows our small grandchildren to sit at the table with everyone else. It works very well.
My 87 year old mom had a hard time getting out of chairs and her shower seat, we got a kaboost and put on the bottom and she can get up with no problem now, Thanks Kaboost
Great product! Have had one for years for a child with dwarfism, then had to get one for his little sister!
Must have if not using a booster seat. Make a chair higher and help prevents falls
Easy to use. Solid construction.
Worked great ! To raise my high dining room chairs! So my son would sit on his bottom
Works as advertised. It’s so secure with no skid feet that it won’t allow chair to slide under and out from table (good safety feature but a hassle). We just leave that chair out for convenience. My toddler loves his new big chair.
I use it for my 3 year old son to switch from the high chair. Good product. I also like that even an adult could sit in this chair if it’s not being used by the child at the moment...
Bought 2 Kaboost, for my great- niece (age 2) and great-nephew (age 4). They crawl up into and down from the chairs Lockett split. No wobbling or tipping over of the chairs. They have only used them a couple of times, but they like them. When I told them to go set down at the table, they both went and looked for those chairs with the Kaboost risers. They scrabbled up on them and sat down. Setting on their bottoms is a really big deal. Not on their knees, standing, or squatting to reach the table. THEY SAT DOWN. The price was comparable and cheaper to some booster seats. Thanks for the innovative idea. I pray you sell a massive amount, continually.
Very easy to install and remove as needed.
Chocolate - KABOOST Booster Seat - Goes Under the Chair
The Kaboost has really helped our toddler sit at the table. She refused to use a regular booster seat and would try to kneel on the chair, but it became too uncomfortable. Now she is able to sit regularly with us as a family. We haven't use it to travel yet, but it seems very portable.
This is not a booster seat, which is perfect because my son likes to sit like everyone else. He climbs right up into what is now his chair at dinnertime and focuses on devouring his food. It was super-easy to install; the chair snaps right into place as long as you do it in an "X" pattern. Great product.
My grandson was ready for highchair, but his older sister was still using it . So I had these shipped to his home... It was perfect for older sis and Dawson was able to use high chair while sissy was in a big girl chair with kaboost adjusters
Easily installed & removed. Folds neatly for storage. My twin granddaughters age 2 are thrilled to be seated at the table rather than in the confines of their high chairs. What makes this product a win-win is that anyone including adults can sit on a chair that has the KABOOST booster seat attached.
The Kaboost folded/unfolded easily and fit on the bottom of the standard kitchen or dining room chairs. Very sturdy and the child is sitting in the regular chair itself. There are no attaching straps but these are not necessary if the child is old enough to sit in a regular chair by himself already. The Kabooast is much better than the old "booster" seats.
Easy to install. Has two different height capabilities. My elderly father has difficulty getting up from his dining room chair. This device raised the height enough to help him get up from his chair unassisted. It is very stable and has a non skid feature which adds to the safety of this item.
Amazing product. No more cleaning boosters after every meal. The kids LOVE it.
Grandchildren love it.
I purchased it for my 91 year old Mom who was having problems getting out of her kitchen chair. It is so perfect! At first I looked for boost cushions but felt that was a fall risk waiting to happen so I searched booster chair and found your great product I have been showing everyone in the senior housing this chair lift. I think maybe market it under Handicap accessories? Her aid was leaving her in the wheelchair at dinner time. She feels so much more confident now. Ive been having a great time showing it of Thank you again
I love the sturdiness but it was impossible to scoot the chair up after my daughter sat down.
